Game advertising items that are not available in stores

Game has the last chance deals advertised on their current weekly catalog. All Kzn stores don't have stock of both products I require, yet the system of most stores so stock availability yet all stores advise none is available and the toti branch staff are rude to customers about it. Escalated the matter to Mr Rishi Bechan however he advised that all stores he checked with doesn't have stock . It is really confusing how items be advertised and systems show stock is available yet stores say they don't have yet Game is a national store that should have records of stock yet records are incorrect and what is more upsetting is that switchboard and department staff can be rude to customers querying products that are advertised.
