game advertises and never have stock

when game 1st introduced their 45th birthday sale they had the digital glass scale for R100.my mum went the same day as sale started and was told no stock available and she asked for a callback voucher but kept checking as she stays nearby so she frequents the mall quite regularly.I went to westwood game and asked where could I get one and was told they have at gateway branch.I went to gateway on the 5th of May same day of being told they had stock and was told they don't have stock,they didn't even have the code to give me a callback voucher.I saw a similar 150kgs glass scale and was told differnt design so I had to leave empty handed.
