Game account department and ***** department are ***********, I lodged a complaint on the 29 March 2022 on a ********** transaction that was done on my account, to date no response on the findings from the ***** department meanwhile the account department is sending reminders that I must pay after telling them several times that my account is under investigation. I regret the day I open this account
