Game account still listed at the credit bureau

I have the same issue with game as i do rcs i know they 1 company so yes over 2 years ago i paid up my game and rcs accounts and have the paid up letters but still over 2 years later im still listed at the credit bureau as a bad payer with missed payments i mean really. Its pathetic service from rcs in the whole

I want this rectified please
