Game account RCS

I phoned to settle my account on the 15th and was told the settlement amount was R691. 45 which was paid in full. The I received an account to pai R68. 73. The agent told me that he will sent it through to be reversed as that should not be on the account as the settlement amount was paid in full. Spoke to Bilaan today and now tonight at 6. 51 I got a statement saying I owe R68. 73. I settled my account why are there Still fees outstanding I am not happy about this. Got the same problem with My edgars account. RCS as well. *******!!!! Just want to ***** your money. Both my accounts are settled but yet I got money outstanding. I phoned for both accounts to find out what is the settlement amount. Account ***
