Game account is a no go.

I've had my Game card account for over 15 years. I haven't bought anything on my account since 2023. I pay more than my monthly installment to pay it off faster. But the interest and fees they take off monthly is almost half of what I pay every month. Other accounts I have, I pay the monthly installments and I pay them off within months. But it seems I will be paying this account off until 2035 with all the interest and fees they take every month. I have send an email today. Hoping for them to at least take off some of the Interest and fees. I mean come on. I haven't bought anything in over a year. I should have paid off more than half of my account. But when I look at my statement I have only paid off 1/5 of my account.

Anyone thinking of getting a Game or RCS card. Don't, you will battle to pay it off even if you do a settlement.
