Game account card hacked instore

Hi please 🙏 beware of this store , my account card was hacked instore while I was shopping. The card was hacked in a different part of the country. When I got to the till point I was told my card was used a few minutes ago the necessary steps where taken ***** case was opened instore but nothing has resulted from that now the game store is holding me accountable for the money that iw I was ****med of my card .phone calls after phone calls and demands , I am a 66 year woman that is a victim in this case and not a defaulter.I have been running in and out the store with no results to rectify this matter.
