So disappointed in game at gateway I'm a very loyal customer I'm always purchasing from game had a few problems before but I think this time I've changed my mind about the store I purchased a laptop which I wasn't happy with and unable to work with took it back customer service firstly lines are so long and 2 people working with queries which takes time so there should be more people waited in the que only for them to tell me go to the person in charge of that section n then they can't give me a refund havta check the laptop it's been more than 21 days and I haven't received a message or a call as to wats happening or even to say come pick the money as the say if it takes longer than 21 days they will give me a refund which is really a delay as the reason for the laptop is for work purposes so disappointed
