Game a bunch of unprofessional cooks

I have purchased a dstv decoder that includes free installation and they advised that one of their installer would contact me within 3 days now its 11 days later and i have not had my dstv installed i went back to game in mtata and i was issued with the number of the person who will do the installation and when i calles the number i got a hold of some rud ratchet **** that told me to wait they will see when tp come...is this what people have to put up with after paying for a service such poor service its a disgrace
