Absolutely pathetic customer service from Game stores. Purchased an item online & their "so called price beat" on their website says that you have 2 weeks to claim it however when you receive a call from them then it apparently only valid for the same day. I did send in the price of the competitor the following afternoon due to network issues the previous day.

Regrettably, the Price Beat after making a purchase implies that you have already made a purchase on the Game website but found it cheaper from a recognized South Africa retailer on the date of purchase.
