Game a big dissapointment

went into the store only 1 sales rep in the appliance department , then proceeded to purchase it online , Order details #*** (placed on Fri Nov 26 15:59:42 SAST 2021), haven't received any updates or response with regards to delivery , called 4 times they promise to call back but no joy, tried the emails only automatic replies received , lastly tried the whatsapp line that was a total failure
