Game 9kg whirlpool machine not properly vetted and sold me a product that was just a waist of money

Hi, so I bought a 9kg whirlpool washing machine and it is still under warranty sales person said it won't rust as I had a lot where washing machines rust so I had it for 2 and a half years and I phoned game said everything is fine with the washing machine it's just rusting horribly and asked if they can fix it there response was there needs to be something wrong with it like it needs to be faulty and damage then I said that is basically damage then suddenly consultant said sorry not damage just faulty they can log it in for repair but then I will need to pay for it I mean why is there a warranty then I must say game is the worst place a person can buy I have never dealt with any company like this before don't buy by game they just lie and ***** your money and sell products that is not been vetted properly.
