Totally disappointed in game Placed an order on the 18th of May for a kids toy for a birthday gift. Received an Sms on the 23rd stating that it has been handed over to the courier company. So I expected delivery within the week . Still not received. When I queried with consultant online she says that they cannot find which courier was given my item . Which is a pathetic excuse, surely every online order has to be documented correctly. Tried to query again only to be told I need to be patient and give them time to check what's going on and that they would call me to let me know. Did not get any calls so once again I'm back to square one. We as the consumer are expected to pay ridiculous prices and costs to have things delivered to us on time and we still have to chase them to find our order. Needless to say I don't think I'll ever purchase again from this store as they have left a long lasting impression of how pathetic they are and have ruined a 1st birthday .
