Game Store doesn't want to exchange the Iron I bought in August 2020,which has a 2 year guarantee. Initially when I went to Theeeriver to have it exchanged the Workers there didn't want to change it this was after their Manager said they should change it.I dealt with a lady by the name of Caroline,who said I dont know how to use the Iron and I should go home and see if it works .I tried that by the Iron doesnt work,it overheated and stopped working .I then went to Vanderbijlpark Game store they also dont want to exchange their product which has a slip and a 2 year guarantee. They say they want to book it in ,my question is what am I supposed to use in the mean time.The Manager says I must read the CPA policies,when I was buying they never advise us to read some cpa only when we want our money back
