Game 5th world incompetence

South Coast Mall Game, is shocking, their customer service is apalling, we asked them to find an item for us, which they agreed to when we called back days later they said they dont do that, well I dont know if Game SA and RCS have decided that they dont want customers, but every store in Gauteng does this. The service in the store is always bad, why this store is even open is astounding, this isnt the first time weve had incompetence or plain bad manners from Game.
