Game

Bought tv at game on 08 January 2020. They delivered it broken since then. They keep promising on collecting the tv for exchange but they do not come. I have emailed them numerous times but to no avail. When i call they always to promise to come and collect the broken tv.

They have collected the tv last week Wednesday . No one has called since then to update me on the matter. I called yesterday and they said they would get back to me. Unprofessional and costing me money.
