Most Pathetic Service at the front desk of the store

Been to store in July no stock of an item, 1 of the supervisors had written my details for a call back voucher.

Being a regular customer and working so close to the mall i am always in the store, but they never had stock of the item i required. Now i went in i found the stock i spoke to 1 of the supervisors before taking it to a till for payment. I was given the 3rd degree im not suppose to get a call back voucher as there was a misprint how is that my problem now because that particular item is always on sale at different prices but the 1 i required they never had stock off. Then i got told it was to far back im unable to get the item now. Then another supervisor insists she gave me the same item, i tried explaining she never gave me anything it was time of sale and i purchased that brand for other people and not me but she kept going on she gave me and its the same thing. I was even told if give me now i will come back for same item again, nothing is given for free im a customer and i am paying for my item i am not a rough to go in the store and ***** yet alone what am i going to gain by going in the store and lying. I have proof of my previous purchases and the date my details was taken down in the book for the call back voucher

This is so unprofessional an item marked 3 for R45 is a reason to loose a customer

Sad aswell because i just did a good survey about the store and now few minutes i had drama, i had over 3 supervisors standing around debating about this and no solution given i was just told i can not get the item Game is a store that always advertise but never have stock, therefore a call back voucher system is in place.

Never again will i support Game City View - yet im a regular customer plus most of the staff is well know to me
