<p>last year November i bought a fridge at Game Midrand. it didnt even last 2 weeks and started giving me problems. I went back to the shop where i spoke to deano and ziphelele who logged a call for a technician to come. i waited and no technician came untill i went back to the shop, and a second call was logged. not even a single did they made any effort to follow up if the consultant came. Finally the technician came and declared the fridge as mulfunctional, promising the problem is sorted. The same problem persists till today.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been writing complaints to their head offices and one has been attending to this matter. Last week i was at the shop, lord knows how many time i have been going to that shop and not getting any assistance.I requested to speak to deano whom i heard he left whilst waiting for him, then emmanuel attended me who promised will get back to me till today. Again saturday i had to go to the shop where i was disrespected by the store manager who i quoted" this thing is still here" infront of another customer. GAME MIDRAND SERVICE IS K...K .... I HAVENT GOT A RESPONSE TILL NOW TODAY</p>
