Bought a vacuum cleaner at game.. it was still under warranty they refused to exchange it for us as that specific brand we exchange twice and we were not happy therefore we wanted a different brand they told us they don't exchange nor refund anymore the can only send it for assessment problem is we not happy with that brand. Disappointed by their new so called policy of no exchange and refund on appliances .
