Galleria cellphone counter only has 1 *********** person signing up contracts. We spent 4 hours in the store due to him being on lunch for over 1 hour. And the balance we were back and forth with the incorrect details to and from the cashier. He is disabled.but has no sense of urgency and very poor customer service skills. We were not treated as tho we are customers to a business. He worked at his own pace. Hence the waiting time. And still the contract didnt go through...we had to leave. Along with 6 other angry customers. Imagine howmuch of business Game has lost due to this poor management. The store apparently is under a strike...but there is no order within the store. It is crazy. I will not be back to game
