Fustrated and dissapointed Game customer

I place an order on the 05th December 2024 which i was supposed to receive on the 17th,I still have not received my order and whenever i call customer care i am told the order is with the courier and when i call again to follow up they are saying that they have sent an email to the store.I am being taken from pillar to post and its really fustrating to be made to wait for my grocery for almost a month.I am really dissappointed and fustrated as no one knows when am I going to receive my order,this is the worst service ever.I am never going to buy from Game. I cant buy some of the grocery items because i am still waiting for my order from Game of which they are delaying and not delivering as promised.
