Furious client

I bought a washing machine in December 2023 at Game. The washing machine is giving me issues and Game said they will take 5 business days for them to come out and see what is wrong with the machine. Univa will fix it at my house if they can if they cannot they will replace it. I really expected better customer service. I mean I have to take off from work as Univa is not even open on weekend for Game to log a call. What the hell kind of bull**** is this? I will never buy anything at game again and I will refer all my friends and family to do the same.
