Full time student need to wait 21 or more days for laptop to be fixed

Hi i have bought a HP laptop at game 4th April 2020. It has been working fine until now. It just went blank, going on and off, very slow. I have contacted Game stores they told me it will take up21 days to fix and that all my content will be deleted if my laptop gets fix. What Game stores does not understand is that I am a full time studies, doing online classes, assessments, assignments, research and test i can not go one day without my laptop otherwise i will completely be behind on all of my subjects. Now they told me i should upload all my content to an external hard drive jirre Game if you told me this before i bought this laptop then i never would have purchased it from game because now i am sitting with a huge problem. I can not wait 21 days or even wipe all my content. YOU ARE NOW REALLY MESSING WITH MY STUDIES. i am not very happy with game now.
