FRUSTRATION AT GAME STORES - ITEMS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE:

Why advertise items when they are never available?

This is not the first encounter and in store many other feel the same frustration.

When asking a store assistant the response is "We will be getting but not sure as to when" OR "It will be available tomorrow - which never is the case".

It is also amazing that the item can be found when the special has expired.

Please can you explain this concept of advertising and no stock as well as it is miraculously available after the expiry date?
