Frustrating and very poor service by Game

I bought a washing machine online on Black Friday, 23 November. To this day it hasn't been delivered. I have received an email from Game that confirmed delivery of the item but I haven't even been contacted by the courier company confirming a delivery date.

I have been calling their call centre since Monday, 10 December and all I got from them is empty promises. They promise feedback every time you call, but I still do not know where the washing machine is and what they have managed to do about it.
