Frustrated with Game Centurion

I purchased a washing machine on Sunday 27 January 2019 at Game Centurion mall including delivery from the warehouse because they were out of stock and only receiving stock on Friday 01 February 2019. We specifically took this kind of delivery service because we were told by William Mokoka ,the sales person that we will definitely receive the machine on Monday 28 January 2019. I went there on Monday around 18h00 pm frustrated because my machine was not yet delivered, again William Mokoka **** and said that the delivery company work until 19h00pm I will still receive the washing machine he stated that he called the warehouse before I came to the store came and double checked for me that he machine is included in the deliveries for Monday. Today is Tuesday 29 January 2019 at 10:05am and still no washing machine. My Husband called the warehouse directly and he was told that the machine is still at the WAREHOUSE! This is poor service from Game Centurion Mall for not keeping track with their orders and not even communicating with their customers. Its pathetic that William Mokoka promised to call me first thing in the morning but he has not called because he knows he **** and couldn't keep his promise. We paid R288.00 for the delivery fee because we needed the machine on Monday already!!!
