Frustrated over *********** staff

On Friday I made a purchase with pay just now at Potchefstroom Game, it debited my account and unfortunately the lady told me I can't leave with the goods as it has declined. She told me she will contact payjust now sat. SAT I went to the store and she told me that she had requested for a refund. Sunday I contacted payjust now and they told me no refund was requested, Monday I called again at payjust now and they told me the very same thing even today. I've been calling the store since Sunday till today she isn't taking my calls even when they call her on the store mic. It's time consuming to come to the store everyday to only be told a lie. Her name is Kula.
