Frustrated customer

Good day I was to express my absolute frustration I ordered a Refrigerator on the 25th November 2021 I have sent countless emails since Friday after I recieved an email stating my order was on its way I received 3 calls from agent named Ruche who was trying to locate my order but still there has been no outcome I try to contact Game store and they do not reply , if the refrigerator was dispached on Friday morning Dec 3rd 9:30 am , why hasn't it reached me why wasn't I given tracking information or called regarding the delivery details I'm really ****ed off with the inadequate services provided
