Frustrated customer

On the 13 of July I went to Game Cape Town to take in my faulty lenovo hard drive, please note that this is the 3 one that was to be replaced, I was assisted by the manger Kashiefa Isaacs, she opted not to replace it due to the fact that they didn't have it in stock instead she opted to send in for repairs, she assured me that I would recieve an sms telling me to collect it as soon as it was fixed, its September already and I still have not received an SMS. I have been there to inquire and she told me that even though I have a Game statement showing when I purchased the hard drive it wasn't enough because I didn't have a receipt, but she sent it away anyway. The hard drive cost me 799 rand and for months I'm waiting for it to be returned, I am very disappointed by your service and bad quality devices. Please either return my hard drive or refund my money.
