Frustrated by the service from Game

Since last month we have been struggling to get assistance for the fridge that is no longer working. The mall of the North Manager is trying by all means to assist us in this matter, but because he is not a technician there is nothing he can do, Its unfair for us to stay with a fridge which is not working, Can you please go and collect the fridge and refund us our money. so that we can go and buy somewhere, its really frustrating and unfair.
