Frustrated by the service

Good Day On the 26 April 2025 i made a purchase of an iron at wonderpark game store. I have proof on my statement. The iron then went faulty in August and i couldnt locate my instore purchase slip. I decided to go to the store and share all information including date of purchase and for them to assist me by locating my slip. To my surprise Game says they don't have my slip on their and i asked myself how when they are such a big store. They gave me an email which i had to email all details and one of their employees said she could still not locate the slip. There is no way they cannot locate my slip. I need urgent assistance because the Bennet Read iron is still under warranty and needs to be booked in for repairs! Please help!
