Frustrated angry customer

On Friday I called game at Jabulani Mall to ask about Asus laptop advertised on the catalog instead I never got help from the lady who answered I was transferred to laptop department and there never answered. I hang up and called again she answered but still she didn't help me. Then I went to game online to get more information about the Asus laptop they told me to go to game at Jabulani Mall they have stock when I got there it was out of stock yet they display it and I was told to go to Johannesburg cbd game and they said its out of stock yet they told me they have. The call centre lady called me to go to Southgate game and ask for Lucto which is I'm from there they don't have the product. I have been **** to travelling between the shops for a laptop that isn't available. Why is game store advertising something that is not available for customers. I have been back and forth to the stores. Spent money on transport for lies sold to customers.
