Frustrated and Disappointed

Extremely disappointed!!!!!

I purchased the Proline Celeron V116 Laptop that was on sale on the 19.06.2025 which was a gift for my sons birthday. Upon putting the laptop on it takes me to an operating system that needs to be chosen. I am unable to use the laptop as it keeps on restarting.
