Frustrated

I have written 2 reviews on this platform regarding my game account and nobody has bothered to call me, instead I get responses from your customer services that someone will contact me and that has never happened till today. I am unable to pay nor do a payment arrangement on my account due to the short time am receiving from work. I was on 50% salary and claims department was payment for my account, now that my salary has been reduced further to 30% the very same department is refusing to pay for the account. How does that make even slight sense to any of you. I received an sms stating that I promised to pay for the account and I didn’t as per the agreement, I am not sure whom did you speak with and whom agreed on my behalf as nobody has bothered to speak to me.
