Frustrated

In all thee local and national newspapers last week , there was a big advert to win a Kia Rio with Coke ( message on advert said more details in store) I went into Game Clearwater , and the manager ( who was helpful ) knew nothing about the competition , I posted on you Facebook wall they promised to come back to me ( still waiting ) I try and your phone customer careline today , constantly engaged , phone the warranty dept ,they transfer me to switchboard who tries to put me through to customer care and then the line drops ..........very frustrated
