From being a burden to being a king

I went to Games Stores at Mall of the South on Sunday 9 February 2020 to purchase a Casio watch. The lady at the jewelry counter said if they do not have the watch on display then they do not have it in stock with a nonchalant attitude. Monday 10 February 2020 I went to Game at Alberton City where I was helped by Maureen Mashome at the jewelry counter. She immediately looked on the system as they never had in stock and told me the watches are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I told her it is my sons Birthday today and I needed it for today. She told me Game at the Glen Shopping Centre shows 2 in stock and do i prefer to go there or another branch. She then called the Game at the Glen and secured it for me. I had to ask for Tumelo or Monica when i get there. I went there and was also helped by a friendly Lindiwe Mapaila aka Monica who was friendly and efficient. Thank you to Maureen who went the extra mile before i could even ask her to do it. She is a true asset and ambassador for Game. As for the Game at Mall of the South, they can take a huge lesson from Maureen at Game Alberton City
