from bad to worse

I bought a generator from the above mentioned storeon the 14th of May 2015, it happened that it was leaking on the tank on the handle, ohk I contacted them n they say I must bring which I did, it was on the 30th of May 2015, they did all the necessary information paper work n they said I must take out all the fuel n I said I cant cos don't know how to do that, then I left, somewhere last week I received n sms saying is ready for collection, I went to the store yesterday and collected it, today wen I wanted to use it ah the petrol is leaking not from the tank, when I check properly I found out that they broke it n I think it was the time they want to drain it, so now I am stucked in load shedding whipe I have a generator
