Fridge still not delivered after 3 weeks

I bought a fridge on the 23rd of December and I was told that it would be delivered the next day since there was stock at the store. 3 weeks later i still have not received my fridge and im getting the run around from Denzel and Quinton from Game Canal Walk, they've been promising to get back to more for the past 3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend Game Canal Walk to anyone!
