Fridge problems

I bought a defy fridge at game 24 april 2024 and the top fridge was not working they sent a technician to fix it, i had the same probltthey sent another technician and the technician they sent said they must fill a gas again i refused because this fridge is not even a year old when I complain to them i was speaking with one of their consult Right at the store and she dropped the call because i said what she’s talking doesn’t make sense they cant fill gas in a fridge for the second time
