fridge ot working and all items spoilt

im having endless problems with my defy 318lt metallic frost free fridge.It started of in December 2013 where as it just stopped working and all items were spoilt. I was very calm n left the whole situationIn December 2014 I had the same problem, where as the fridge was not cooling. Defy sent out 2 technicians in 3 weeks and all they did was change settings on the display in front. That was useless cos it did nothing as I have lost a lot of stuff (as shown to the technicians) during the December period.The fridge was then taken away and I was replaced with a loan fridge. The loan fridge was never working. The freezer did not freeze at all. I did call Happy n complained that that stuff was all gone off. Nothing was done. When the guy / technician came to drop of my original fridge, id showed him the spoilt stuff....he said that loan fridges do not work and we must speak to extended warranty. What was the purpose of a loan fridge if that didn't work.During this past 2 months, I have lost a lot.
