Fridge not working - no joy

I purchased a KIC fridge in January 2017, a few months later that fridge stopped being cold. I reported this to KIC, they sent a few mechanics who could not resolve the problem. I then was adviced to return the fridge to Game stores and get a new one. I proceeded to do so, which was another painful process.

A year later, the fridge has once again stopped being cold. I am really not sure where to go now or what to do as I do not want to go through the same painful process as before. This is very disappointing as this is a well known brand, and I am having throw out food because of the temperature in the fridge

I hope i will be able to get assistance with this issue
