Fridge not working for 3 days now

I bought a Hisense fridge in September 2017 and it stopped working 3 days ago on the 15 January 2018. I logged a call with Game as its under 4 warranty. On top of that I had to throw away all the meat and food as it is now rotten. Up to this day 19 Septemeber I still have not received any phone calls from a technician. I was given a reference number ********** 83 and was told that a Hisense technician would contact me. I have a toddler in the house and its middle of January and I cant afford to be buying take aways until end of the month. These are are the details of the ladies I have been speaking to at Game Store in Cresta.
