Fridge not working
<div>On 20/01/2019 I bought a fridge KIC 170L at Game Richards Bay and it worked only one month after that it didn't work it was not forming ice at all, I reported it and they sent a KIC TECHNICIAN to fix it, because it has a one year warranty, after that the fridge only work two weeks, then it repeat the same problem four times now, the manager at game richards bay (Kenneth Mhlongo) said to me if the fridge didn't work for three times he is going to give me the new one or bring back my money, till today they don't want to give me the new one or my money I am staying at home with a fridge that is not working, they keep on promising me to fix it </div>

I will appreciate your help because even today my fridge is still at home not working its been three weeks now since I reported the matter, the manager at Richards Bay branch told me yesterday (02/09/2019) that KIC manager from Pretoria does not want to give me the new fridge because their technician who was fixing my fridge said to them its my electricity at my house that doesn't work, but as for me my electricity at my house is working because we have other appliances that are using same electricity, they are putting the blame on me now.
