Fridge not working

Ordered a basic fridge from Game online store on the 25th of August 2020. The website stated that delivery would take 10-14 working days but on the 1st of September I get a call that my fridge would be delivered on that day. I was impressed at how they delivered the product faster than their website states. I wish the review ended here so id rate my experience as a 5 star experience, but that's not the case. Since it was delivered ( 1 sep 2020) till today( 03 sep 2020) the fridge doesn't work. The light comes on but the fridge doesn't get cool as I understand it should within hours of delivery . I contacted their customer care about this and they promised to get back to me today( 03 Sep 2020) in the morning. I am writing this review at 11:46am and no contact has been made yet to resolve this. The reference for the complaint is 635707. I understand that it may probably be how the 3rd party company handled the fridge that cost it to not function. But I expect a prompt response from Game than that which ive received
