Fridge not repaired or replaced

I've had a very bad experience with Game warranties, I purchased a KIC fridge and just after 2 years it broke, thankfully we took an extended warranty but the service is terrible. The fridge is now broken for the third time, the previous 2 repairs done was to replace the pipes and then remove extra gas. The problem is so bad that the back of the fridge is actually frozen, the pipes are covered in ice and when the ice melts, it causes a mess and all my stuff is getting off. Its a huge loss to me. I need this fridge to be replaced asap.
