Fridge not delivered order number #***
I got a very good deal from game stores for a fridge, I've been waiting for it to be delivered past 7 days now. When I call the customer care, first I was told the order is with the courier only to find out after the chat box that the order never arrived to the courier guys. I then called customer services and found that the online guys took my order to some warehouse somewhere and they don't want to disclose. Right now they are just giving me run arounds and I paid everything in full. Please don't order anything from GAME store south Africa!!!

28 Mar 2023, 11:08Three hours later and the online store at game is giving us rounds. No solution whatsoever, only threatening us for a mistake they did that doesn't concern us. We went online and saw the fridge on promotion and quickly bought it. Now we want the fridge that we so rightfully paid for to be delivered and it seems to be impossible. If someone made a mistake putting up prices online, who's fault is it and how should we as customers know it's a fault if it's written "promotion". Game Online, deliver the fridge!!!!!
