Fridge Not Cooling

I reported the fridge was not cooling over the last 4months I had to wait whilst they drag their feet to come and make necessary assessments to which IMRAN the technician said he will be able to deal with the problem. each week I am told this will be dealt with - upto today. SADIA said she was gonna call me from head office I am still waiting for that call. it is rather expensive to constantly buy food that will spoil in a couple of days due to the fridge not cooling. IMRAN is unreliable. The fridge is not in use right now, since he said he needs the fridge to be left unused for 48hrs so he can fix it, well now it has been months. I have been constantly been going to GAME to report this matter.
