Fridge never delivered, always promise its on its way.

Purchased a fridge and a washing machine from Game in Canal Walk. I ordered it almost 2 weeks ago, to be delivered on a specific date last week.

On the morning of delivery date I got a phonecall from the driver saying he is on his way. This was at 7am, I sat and waited in an empty house till after 5pm and no sign of the driver.

The next day I went into game, there was nobody at customer support desk so I went back to the sales person who sold me the fridge and washing machine, they said the items were again out for delivery, and then they contacted the driver who assured me it would be delivered the same day.

I've repeated this process 3 days in a row now, each time they assure me its out for delivery and I'll get it by the end of the day, and they will phone me to make sure it has arrived. It never arrives, they never phone me.

Yesterday I told them to cancel my order and give me money back, I was told that the cancellation would only go through today. And again, that my fridge and washing machine are on the truck and dispatched for delivery. So in my stupidity I gave them another chance.

To nobodies surprise, I still don't have a fridge. Thanks Game.
