Fridge making a ****** noise not even a month since i bought it!!!!

As I am writing this im so upset and am starting to even have a problem in my left ear. I bought a defy fridge from game EASTGATE(JHB)in July and started using it second week of August. The fridge was fine at first and 2 weeks later i noticed a loud sound from the fridge. The noise got worse as the days went by. I called game on the 08th of Sep to tell them about the problem and a very rude man by the name of Morgan told me he cant do anything without the slip which i eventually found. I started liaising with Edwin who was very helpful and logged a call for me with defy. This call was logged on the 10th of Sep and a representative from defy came on the 11th and an hour after fixing the problem the noise started again. I called game again on the 12th to tell them the fix is still not fixed. Edwin logged another call and someone different from defy came, 10 min of assuring me all is well the fridge started with the noise, luckily he was just about to leave the complex and i told him to come back......he fixed i dont know what and 3 hours later it started again. IM SICK OF THIS AS I BOUGHT THE FRIDGE CASH THINKING IM BUYING FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND BRAND. I DONT WANT ANYONE COMING BACK TO FIX THE ****** FRIDGE. GAME MUST COME COLLECT THEIR FRIDGE AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I CANNOT DO THIS, TOMORROW IM HAVING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DOCTOR REGARDING MY EARS AND I WILL MAKE SURE GAME PAYS. I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU GUYS AS WELL AS THE DEFY BRAND.
