Fridge/ Freezer faulty

Bought a Fridge Freezer Hisense on 25/04/2023. on delivery fridge was not standing upright and was requested by delivery driver to let fridge rest for 3 hours before use. rest period was adhered to but fridge is faulty. The faulty fridge was reported to Game customer care ref numbers #*** and #***. To date no formal indication was provided as to when faulty fridge will be replaced or to be refunded but only response was that the incident must be investigated even after i indicated an final collection date of 26/04/2023 at 10:00. Still have not received any feedback and Game store Kolonade no answer on phone calls.
